Hi,

Just wanted to ask if anyone has any suggestions to stop me feeling so tired everyday.

I work seven days a week. It's not a particularly hard or labourous job but I don't finish work till night. I'm used to the late night lifestyle and I always try and get about 7 hours sleep. I go to the gym 5 mornings a week and do a miz of cardio and weights. I am on a diet of 6 smallish meals a day or mainly protein and vegetables but with the off carbohydrates at weekends and straight after the gym. I spent the early part of my day working on my own work, like paperwork or other projects.

Do I just need to take a week off to recharge (does this work!?) Or am I lacking some vitamins or are there foods which actually give you more energy!

Any suggestions are welcome. I'm more interested in what people have tried and tested and not what they've read because there's enough 'stuff' all over the net, lol.

Thanks in advance!

On a serious note from your description I do wonder whether you are allowing adequate recovery time. That seems a pretty punishing schedule to me.

Would additional rest periods be a possibility?

Looking forward to this one. I got home from work an hr ago and feel so tired and want to go to bed in an hr frown

I know what I should be doing, but it is easier to say than actually do it.

It's all relative. Try 7 week old twins with raging Colic. That'll redefine your tired for you.

Get some perspective, you'll be fine.....

Also, when do you see sunlight?
