Hi peeps..Well as the sun was shinnig i thought i would tackle the little bit of damage caused by a council grass cutting nob who flicked a stone up and cracked the O/S top section windscreen pillar..realistically the whole windscreen frame should of been sprayed, Now i have a two tone finish..Its not too bad until you look at it close up...I was wondering if G3 or something would flatten the lines down a bit..Cheers..Ziga

Before..See the silver tape on it.

After:

Mind you if i have it vinyl wrapped it wont matter..

Watch out if rubbing down with G3 or any other compound incase you rub through the new paint work with it being still fresh.

Mmm..Wonder where i got that from...scratchchin...beer

Cheers for the advice chaps..I did give it a light T-cut as the cover made some marks in it..I didnt want to cover it but it started raining last night..Its taken the line between the two paints away and looks a bit better..Since it was a sunny day i decided to change some coolant hoses as i got some fairly new ones from dominic as they are not going to be used by him, They are blue and i know blue and red dont normally go together but i think they look ok..I had to cut the matrix out again as one pipe just wasnt getting hot..I had hot air coming out but no matter how much bleeding or letting i did made any difference..I will address the matrix another time..Cheers..Ziga

Next on the list is the bonnet insulation, It looks a right mess!!

That what I meant - rub right throught it where the line is so that it's really thin at the bottom and the colour will graduate.
