Wheres the battery?

Just about to fit my new amp and I notice that the positive needs to go directly onto the battery. As my dealer wont be open 'til Wednesday can anybody tell me where the battery is located please? I have noticed the thick red cable behind the pasenger carpet (thought I'd start there as that is where it is on my ex-chimp) but all it does is go into the engine compartment.

Also, can any body suggest a suitable earthing position in the boot? And please no bright sparks suggesting the petrol tank.

Regarding the earthing.... There is no suitable point in the boot - I ran 80A black cable back to the battery as well as the red one. Ran power and signal down opposite sides.

I couldnt find one either. I ended up feeding the earth wire behind the existing speaker holes and bolting the wire to part of the chassis which runs behind the door strike area.

All fitted now and apart from all the sound being behind me until I can get some mid-range speakers and/or tweaters to go in the front it sounds superb.
