Hi Ted,

I'm unable to send an e-mail via a persons profile. I am logged in (can get to my profile and edit it) EXCEPT the e-mail page.

When I try to e-mail it says
"Oops...

Sorry, we can't let you send a mail.

Your email account has been bouncing our messages."

However my e-mail should not be bouncing (it's working fine) and I can't edit my account to change the e-mail to another one I have.

Oh, and my apologies for posting but I couldn't send a message of course to tell you!

Do you (or your workplace) have a spam filter that's chucking PH-sourced email in the bit bucket?

No, but good thinking though.

I use (for pistonheads) my hotmail account, which I use junk mail filter with. I always check it though (to see if anything got put in there) and there's never any PH stuff.

The only reason I think a mail could have bounced would be if it was larger than about 500k (I have 1.5mb in an account with maz 2mb). But I wouldn't have thought that would be the case!?!?

You account has bounced messages back to us but I don't have the messages to hand.

Simply press the 'reset bounce' button on your edit profile screen.

ahhhhhhhh!!!!

That's grand, thanks Ted. The only thing I can think of is that (as it's a hotmail account) it got a little bit full up and returns stuff instantly.
