Was there over Easter. I recommend the N10 across the northern face of Luxembourg to Trier, Germany.

Check out this link - it's in Flemish but has maps:

Belgium has nice roads on the imaginable line Verviers - Bouillion. Road surface is not the best tough.
That article is a good read, i can translate some on request.

If you have the time take this (or parts of this) route: http://g.co/maps/yqjed . It's epic.
I have a Tyre file available.

Road to Bouillon is a good one, as mentioned. Also, the run into Bitburg is pretty good, past all the wind turbines.

If it's raining do these roads become dangerous or is there enough space to still be able to drive them, as weather reports look bad this weekend.

Which roads, the route i made? They have good tarmac so still worth it imo.
U can check http://www.youtube.com/user/stefan740/videos for an impression. The 'Tour de Luxemburg' video's, I have posted the location in the description.

In general belgian roads have less good tarmac which does make it less fun but with some good tyres its not to bad.
