Decat Chip Question

Hi,
Fitted the decat chip last night finally, (thanks Dom, appreciated the chat). A word of advice, take the ecu out, it's much easier and almost impossible to take old chip out and put new one in, without damaging the chip.
Anyway, I can feel the car is a little smoother while accelerating (initial start up, it coughed a little, but was fine after) and presume better economy, however... My pops and bangs have reduced, it seems. I've only driven 20 miles or so with the new chip. Any thoughts? Drive it a little more?
I guess the pop and bang reduction is to be expected, as it's optimised for decats e.g. less fuel than before...but grinning a little less than before as a result :/ Will drive it a few times more, before deciding if I want to go back to the original chip.
Oh, I have the JP Sports Exhaust too

Made me laugh reading this as same happened to me 5 years back when Don changed my RV8 chip, the car went from serious backfire on the over-run to only a small rumble in comparison :{
Obviously the car is happier because it had been running rich,but really missed the noise!
You've made me think about the 350 though as thats just stupid loud de-cated with Power Sport exhaust, don't know if its been re-mapped not to run without cats??
