Need to get over to Palma Nova mallorca at the end of May. What are the best sites for "cancellation or late booking package holidays" not really look to book flight & accommodation separately. Ideas?

I go to Mallorca a lot for work and tend to stay in Palma Nova as its convenient and the cheapest place to stay near to where our office if (Portals marina). I just tend to book flights direct with Ryanair and either book direct with the hotels or use Alpharooms or Laterooms who sometimes are cheaper. This works out by far the cheapest option, I realise you said you dont want to but from my experience this is the cheapest way...
