Perhaps there's a portable ramp that goes with it? 'Tis strange though...

It's easy - put the can in the bottom garage, fill it with ping pong balls, then close the garage door, fill it with water and the car will float up to the top silly

Far more likely it's not actually used as a garage, and more of a means of storing other equipment or goods. You have several self contained units there a forklift can easily get at.

Why only one door, thats the clue!

I would say its all open inside, one big garage.

Lady Penelope and Parker use the bottom doors and the Thunderbirds the top doors. I know it doesn’t look like Tracey Island because that’s part of the disguise.

The whole building drops down into the ground and then you can use the upper section.
