Just looking for a little concensus and to know what im, letting myself in for.

The question is how many points did u have on your licences before getting hold the the loverly elise? and the more important one how many do u have now?

It makes me drive a lot more carefully as I know that if I drive like a twat:
a) I'll stick out like a sore thumb and will probably get nicked, and more importantly...
b) whilst I'm getting more comfortable with el beast I still recognise that my skills still need honing and it can and will bite if I'm pushing too hard.

Thats not to say I'm Miss Daisy but I value my car, life and license so much more now than I ever have before. It's sooo much fun I don't want to lose it or jeopardise it!

However - The mobile scamera that caught me would have done the same job if I was in my Peugeot, so it's not down to the car...

In fact, the breaks and traction are so good on the Elise that I would have probably been going faster in my other car, as I was standing on the middle peadal as soon as I saw the camera van... (nobody behind me of course!)

The car isn't so quick that you'll accidently be doing double the limit. You can feel how quick you are going!
