Hi All,
anyone have or know were I can purchase from a set of 4 centre caps to fit these wheels ?
I do have one to copy if I have to get them made. I brought some for bmw wheels which fit size wise but the locking screw hole is 5mm out of position.

Thanks in advance.
Geoff.

Would have thought the centres for the 15 and the 16 are the same or I have I just fell for Geoff's shameful boast

no not trying to start a "my wheels are bigger than Your wheels" contest but was just trying to pre-empt the "what size are they" question. I never assume a part from one TVR will be the same as another....

The centres are the same for the 15/16 inch OZ's.

Unfortunately originals are like hen's teeth

There were some stainless sets knocking about until fairly recently but i forget who the link was for them i'm afraid

You're not alone mine are getting scabby and i need to replace them

Its no good ... you can't get them, so you will just have to sell the wheels. Where do I send the cheque? wink

Thanks for the offer but I only accept blank signed cheques.... ;o)

Looks like I will be investigating getting some new ones made up , Aluminium cnc'd or Plastic 3D printed and painted or foil wrapped as that seems to be an easy way to get things made now. ( not had a price quote yet thou ! ).
Just need to get a cad drawing done and ask for some quotes.
Cheers
Geoff.

What is the diameter of the cap, and the inset of the bolt hole?

I may be able to help!

It's about 6 inches diameter and the hole is about an inch inset.

Hi Ministig,
dimensions are roughly -
168mm diameter , overall depth 15mm , screw hole inset 30mm from outer edge , centre space for TVR sticker 90mm diameter. screw hole is 6mm dia , counter bored 13mm and countersunk.( all depending on what screw is used.) pics below but obviously You would have a better Idea if You see it in the flesh so to speak.

Ah, the caps I have are 158mm diameter, they are off OZ futura's, thought they may have been the same.

However the caps you posted look very similar to OZ turbo ones.

Sorry!

Hi ,
well I have had a quote for cnc'd aluminium centres copying the profile of the tatty one I have coming out at £30 each. This is unpolished and I will have to get some centre badges made up as well. And the bad news is this is for a batch of 50.
Not sure if this is a good price or not , so will keep looking at other options.
Cheers
Geoff.

They look the dogs and seeing as they dont make them anymore they would be a nice finishing touch, Especially to a refurbed wheel..I found some wheel centre badge's that look a bit better than just the plain stick on dome badge..Ziga
