Its only a starting bid, starting an auction at a really low price is generally a really good way of building up intrest.

You do understand how eBay works and about attracting bidders with a low starting price.

No, nothing at all to do with Cosworth.

I thought for a minute you were being serious!

Otherwise I was going to ask if was your car and you were looking for some added promotion to your ad?

That is a complete turd of a car and only a crettin would consider it to be too cheap (or maybe one or two of the 14 previous knuckle dragging half witted owners, just picture the scene).

Read the shoddy attempt of an advert in full and one might conclude that is just a pile of scrap waiting for the truck to drag it off to the breakers yard. A £200 starting price might be more suitable but no doubt some crettin will want to buy it.

On a Rs turbo? Would not be overly bothered on a regular car but one that boy racers love it will have been hammered!

Exactly it's an RS Turbo - what RS Turbo hasn't been hammered? Bar a couple of low mileage 'museum pieces'

Shiny.

Might be okay, probably crap.

£2k doens't seem like the bargain it would have been for the fictitious A3 posted last week.

my car had 9 owners in 8 years - I've now owned it 8 years - yes its a concern, but there can be innocent reasons for it.

i'm erring towards this.....no history, bought as a non runner and bodged together by the owner, welded sills etc......
