May I post a stickie regarding 1/2 and 2/3rds rules?

Hi Mods,

This subject has come up again in a few threads over the last week or two. It is a very usefull bit of information regarding finance contracts but many people either misunderstand it or simply get it wrong in terms of how it works.

I don't know if it would be better in SP&L or finance but if it is possible and you think it a suitable topic for a stickie, I would be happy to write a short summary.
