After having my new Tuscan for just a week, it was smacked in the a**e on Sunday afternoon.
I drove it to the dealer on Monday who initially thought the worst (bent chassis) as it was a side swipe impact, which has resulted in the roof panel rubbing and the passenger door shut lines all over the place.
I popped in again today as I was passing and it has been mentioned by the body specialist that it may be the rear end is just being held in an odd shape as the fibreglass has splintered, and not gone back to it's original shape.

The problem now is going to be getting the bits from TVR. It needs a bootlid, hinges and a complete nearside corner section.
I was introduced to Keith (parts man from Walldonway) last night at the SEL and NK meet (thanks Di) and he mentioned to me that he might be able to help with the body section. As it happens it seems as though it is the wrong side but this got me thinking about other dealers that may keep stock. I realise this is a long shot but was wondering if anybody knew of a secret stash of Tuscan parts?

I am worried after reading dvpearce' thread that I will be without my P&J for months just as I got to love it.

Thanks for any help/advice.

BTW Ted, I stuck it in here so it gets a look at by the general TVR masses. Hope thats alright.

I know it an insurance job but how about calling one of the wreckers for second hand parts if you are in a hurry. I saw some tuscan boot lid etc for sale on one of the major wrecker's website earlier this week.
