Whinlatter - Bank Holiday Monday - too busy?

Running the Keswick half marathon in the morning so taking the bikes over with us. Was looking to do the trails at Whinlatter on Mon/Tues before heading home.

Think is how busy is it likely to be on Monday with it being a bank hol? Will it be so busy it will spoil it or is it still worth going?

I'm not sure how busy it will be but I do know there's a LOT of climbing! Also, there's not very much grip so I'd deffo recommend some pads!

I know what its like, been a few times already just not on a weekend or holiday. The climbings not to bad really, on a par with other red trails. One trip did end in with my mates wife in a and e with a couple of dozen stiched in her arm though.
