Supercharger Pulley Mod in SW London...Recommendations?

Firstly, is it worth doing, how much difference will I notice in power delivery and what size pulley should I get without it affecting MPG?

Secondly, as title suggests... is there anywhere in SW London/Surrey who will do this for me and what will the cost be?
