So I got talking to one of the guests today, who said 3 months ago they used to weigh 96kgs, and now weighs 76kgs. We got talking about his diet plan etc... and then he mentioned he takes BSN Endoburners- yep, fat tablets.

He says everyone at the gym he goes to takes it, and they have all seen great results. By this point the sceptic in me popped up to say 'surely not everyone, and what damage is it doing to his body', well, out of his circle of gym friends they have all dropped weight. He showed me the facebook pics of a few people. He's right it seems to work.

So my question is do any of you have any experience of taking this product or anything similar? does it work? or should it go into room 101?

D

Caffine, green tea extract,Synephrine and yohimbine.

So essentially its the old tried and tested format and yes it could work with a good diet and exercise.

Have a small tub of tablets that I got free with some protein supplements, haven't taken them yet, scared that I'll be sweating like a beast throughout the day

Ephedrine/Caffeine stack is decent as is Clen...or so I believe...Yohimbine is okay. Most fatburners are a waste of money though.

Can buy these ingeridents seperately! (Caffine, green tea extract,Synephrine and yohimbine) Yohimbine you'll have to import from the States as you'll struggle to buy that here :P

When I wake up I take Green tea, Yomhimbine and have a coffee. Then have breakfast 20 minutes later. Seems to be working!

Thanks guys, the guest says he will get me some (or something similar) as he knows I would like to lose 10kgs before my wedding- and as we haven't set a date yet its probably best to try and shift the weight sooner rather then later!
