Where to eat in Spa?

Not strictly about the track, but does any have any recommended eatery/hostelry in the town itself.

Nothing fancy, just burger/steak et frittes etc and a refresshing beer. Plus being able to deal with my mangled Franglais

We eat in Stavalot town centre. If you exit the circuit using the blanchport exit, the road takes you directly to the town at the first roundabout take 2nd exit. There is a sign for the car museum there also. You then onto a cobbled street. 2nd exit at next cobbled mini roundabout. You will find bars and restuarants on the right. Plenty to choose from and cheaper than Spa town.

There is a place in the centre just to the right of the Radisson, can't remember the name I'm afraid but dead easy to find, and pretty well exactly what you are asking for. Also a really good pizza place slightly off the beaten track - starting on the same side as the Radisson Blu, walk in the direction towards Spa, back from the main road, head past the little pedestrianised bit (wooden things shop then toy shop on right) then turn left, short way along two pizza places big one on left, little one on right - the little one is far better.

There are 3-4 quite pricey ones, tend to look more like restaurants and less like café. Great food but expensive.

As you look at the Radisson there re two café priced ones to the right, an expensive one (detached) to the left and two expensive ones on the square behind you.

+1 for the place a couple of shops back from the radisson, two sides to the restaurant and the guy has a sense of humour
