I thought it time to give the girl a bit of a spruce up inside, and before you know, the seats are out and being cleaned.... funny how things like that "just happen"....

Anyway, on inspecting the passenger seat, and despite finding som one in the past has spilled something rather disgusting down the side near the tunnel, I have found that the runner on the left hand side (nearest the door) has a bolt at the front of it, restricting movement.

Is this common, or just a "feature" of my car and do I need it?

Would you be kind enough to let me know if you think the seats can be lowered in any way? I've heard that some cars have a few washers on the mounts, which can be reduced to 1 washer?? thanks cool

They are about 300 quid each with the logo and harness holes, only part leather though which I always think is a bit cheap? Not a bad price though, if I didn't have my Tuscan seats I'd be tempted!

£300? - not the first pic Daz posted - those ones are much more expensive.

Don`t you like the cream ones with the TVR logo ? come in any colour you want and i mean any colour .
One piece (solid), great for trackdays and the chap does not complain about back ache anymore !Thats why he swopped them

Don`t you think they fit well.

If you like the blue one`s just keep your eye out on flebay, thats where they came from .

I'm giving some thought about putting Tuscan seats in the Chimaera and this place appears to have a selection in stock

http://www.bellhillgarage.com/tvrparts.htm

I would personally prefer to buy from this sort of supplier than Fleabay as I would also ask them to fit the new seats and possibly organise a PX deal.
