Source for live snails anyone?

Trying to obtain a kilo of live Snails and am drawing a blank online. Would prefer mail order, or i can drive within the Yorkshire area.
Anyone got a good source? I appreciate their not massivly popular in this country but am keen to replicate a Rabbit and Snails dish recently sampled in Barcelona!

I promise you the commonly eaten French snail is no different from what you'll find there, although most French snails are farmed nowadays, and hence have a slightly more tender texture.

Snails are most active at night, after rain. You might not want to go skulking around the bushes in the dark 
Perhaps some local PHers can be persuaded to scour their gardens for you. Along walls, fences, and around the garden tap / gas meter are good places to look.
