Where to find a freelance graphic artist for a simple job?

As per the title.
I have some pictures, some are already diagrams, some are photographs, I want them turned into simple clean plain line images for use on the web at a couple of different sizes.
I don't need or want anyone's "creative" input, just a straightforwards rendering of what I already have. I've looked online and am somewhat bemused by the choices, all I need is some student in china or india for instance looking to make a bit of money - but how do I find one I can trust?
