Land Rover Thefts - Harrogate / York area

There have been several Land Rover Defenders stolen recently in the Harrogate- ish area.

I think one stolen in minskip recently, plus these two this week:

Between 11pm on Sunday 6 May and 8am on Monday 7 May 2012, a silver Landrover Defender 110 TD5 registration number YH06YKC was stolen from Stone Gate, Whixley. The vehicle is quite distinctive with black steel wheels with off road tyres, black front bull bars, a roof bar with spotlights, a snorkel on the drivers side and checker plate on the bonnet and sills. Police are appealing for witnesses or information. If anyone has any information in relation to this theft, please contact PC1571 Neil Roworth at Boroughbridge Police on 101.
