TVR Motors Gmbh, CoC docs etc...
Discussion
Hi guys... to get my chim registered in Norway, I need a certificate of compliance, which TVR motors Gmbh Austria are advertising for on their website. Ive paid the 250 quid(3 weeks ago) and not received a thing. Mr. Dietrich Probst is a polite bloke and all but he only replies to about one in five of the emails I send... and theres no phonenumber to call them.
Has anyone dealt with him/TVR?
Weather is nice and the car just sits there

Did you ask if it would be possible to get it approved via the Single/Individual Vehicle Approval process? Though that may require even more paperwork! You could also try the various European TVR clubs to see if anyone has a CoC for the same model and year, as a copy of that 'should' be sufficient.
They wait until the money is on their account to make smolenski sign the paper, if the guy is on holiday like it was for me, you can wait a little.
You will get it I'm sure, I know of 4 or 5 that have paid and received theirs.
The true question you have to ask though is, is it useful !!!
In France for example, it's not worth anything.

Yes they confirmed the money was on their account 4 days after payment... I talked to mr. Probst today, he had found out that the coc was missent to another location in vienna... he said it'll be scanned and sent to my email. Probst is in spain at the moment but some other bloke in vienna was going to handle it... I'm crossing my fingers! You will get it I'm sure, I know of 4 or 5 that have paid and received theirs.

The norwegian DVLA said when I showed the car that they needed data for HP, axle weights front / back and max weight. The rest we measured on site. The data needed to be on an official document from TVR, which the CoC is...
