So come on guys, who's up for this on the 13th August, its £100, open pit lane ( which could equate to the equivalent of over 3 hours track time ) tel 01332 819503.
This circuit was made for Cerberas, & these track evenings are generally not too heavily subscribed ( i did hear that the organisers may consider not doing as many in the future due to lack of interest!)
So come on, lets be 'avin you

Thanks for the heads up Simon!

I might be although I've not had a chance to have the car checked over yet
(still got a low end rev roughness)

Had a quick look, can't see what time it starts?

It also clashes with the LMES / GT weekend, but leave it with me.

Generally they start about 5 ish onwards, in the past, i've noticed that people just turn up after work!
It would be nice to see you there.

Thanks, that is what I'd need to do, so what time would the track close normally?

In the past the circuit stays open until the light starts to fail
I reckon finish time will be 8.30-9.00, which does give sh*t loads of track time, even allowing for breaks ( thats rests, not breakages!)

Think we would be interested in this....

Is the trackday approved by any association relative to insurance?

I think I'll call you 'More new tyres and pads boy'
What are you telling the 'boss' you got a meeting running late or something, or is it a 'survey'
Might pop over on Friday, any excuse to put some miles on the 'new' engine so I can start to explore the bit over 3500rpm

It wasn't that 'boss' I was talking about
For £3k the engine bay really doesn't look all that more impressive than it did before it just sounds nicer and doesn't emit any dodgy gases from holes that aren't s'posed to be there

Doh, i'm with you now, 'that' boss

As for tyres, just an interesting thought, i've had the same SO3's on for 2 years now, they were not brand new when i bought the car, i've done about 10 track days, & theres still loads of life in them ( must learn to drive harder)

So its about time we had a joint run out, Sat afternoon perhaps?

From a spectating point of view you just drive up to the paddock entrance and tell the gate man your here for the trackday, drive in (no cost) and park up somewhere out the way in the paddock, you can wander about just about anywhere, stand on the pit wall, sit in the grandstand, you can even drive around the outfield path if you don't fancy walking for a view at the bottom of Cranners
