Best way of sticking a badge back on
Discussion
The only reliable way is by buying 3M Automtive tape off ebay in the USA. It is viciously clingy stuff and what they use over there to stick anything from badges to spoilers onto cars. Trouble is the shipping tends to be very expensive but it is worth it.
I have tried buying allegedly super-strength double-sided tape from the UK but it's utter rubbish.

What badges are they? Would it not be easier to just pop to down to a dealer and buy some new ones that will include the adhessive stuff to just stick on.
It's an 06 plate Fester so I doubt whether he'd be able to buy new ones to match, but maybe it's worth a check. Thanks for the suggestions, I'll pass them on.

Use a couple of long nails. Long ones are best as you can hammer them through, then bend the ends over so they don't come loose.
This isa good plan but you need to be careful if using galvanized nails that you don't end up with sacrificial corrosion. Prepare a 2" ring around each badge with red lead paint then cover the whole lot with a good layer of bitumen after.Rouleur said:
