This is a document that people are selling on ebay for 5GBP per download.

I have the feeling its complete crap, can anyone in the know comment on its content?

I'm not sure it's complete crap as some of the stuff is actually correct. What I would say is it's plagiarism. Most of this stuff has come straight off of one of the web sites (speed trap bible I think) or perhaps the owner of the website has put it into document format. In any case, why pay for something available to you freely.
