Without wishing to be picky, I think it's a feature on the S Series in general, not just the V8S.

That's the figure you get for Q3 2011 if you search the DVLA register for licensed 'TVR V8 S'. Mine and probably a lot more was registered as 'TVR 280 S'

was going to say blimy why are they only worth 8000 - 12000 if so few made, but saying that even if there are 300 on the uk road still very rare and if someone wants one they wont have much choice.

I believe that only 420 V8S were originally made, who knows how many are left.

if you said

10% written off / rusted scrapped cars
5% garage queens / museum cars

only leaves 357 and say 70% of those are in the uk so only 250 currently in the uk ?

even if there was the full 420 in the uk still makes it a rare car

I'm quite impressed by the amount of pages, did you notice all the TVR badges are horizontal (that was my input to the photo shoot)
