5 stud conversion

Search engine never there when I need it!

I have been trying to get hold of a pair of 16 ins estorils for the front of my griff without much success so I am now thinking spiders allround.

Can anyone tell me what's involved in a 5 stud conversion? Is it just a question of changing half shafts and disks or is it more involved than that?
