Graphic Designer needed for iPhone/ iPad Games

I'm having some issues with my current graphic designer and I need a really simple update doing to a graphic in one of my iPhone games, basically I need a border adding to an image so that I can use the iPhone sized image on an iPad. Happy to pay for someones time for the work, hopefully it's just an hour or so's work. There may be other work that I need doing as well, it just depends on whether my current graphic designer pulls his finger out or not!
