Replacing the CDR-30 in a Cayman

As we all know, the CDR-30 in the UK is fairly basic. However, there seem to be some ebay sellers in the USA that have unist with the 6-disc changer and/or bluetooth.
What I cannot find out is an easy way to confirm that I am bidding on the right units. Obviously, I don't want to buy something that is no different from whatI have got - but would love both of the aforementioned features.
So, does anyone know if there are any simple external indications that the 6-disc changer is installed?
