When I needed O rings a little while back, for where the down pipe meets the exhaust, I was told they are from a Jag. I managed to locate a couple on ebay but never actually bought them because the Wedge went in to a garage for other work and I told them to fit new O rings at the joints and they did. The garage, although not TVR specialists seemed to get hold of them pretty easily so they must be a standard size. Sorry to be a bit vague on the information but that's all I know about Wedge exhaust O rings. I hope that helps.

I got some last year from RT Racing which were quite good value and quality.

Hi Ralph...apparently up to september 1981 they used standard rover but after that it was TVR engineering..
Maybe call RT Racing or TVR power..Although someone else might know for sure if they have ever needed to replace them..Ziga

Bought this in the past and fits perfectly on my standard 350i:
Description gasket ring volvo, part number 21-82500.

They had them in stock when I needed them, but this is a couple of years back.
Should be readily available at motor factors and exhaust fitting places.

Unipart do one for the XJS which is the right diameter - GEX7470.

However it's wider so you might need longer bolts in the clamps.

These are useful if you have unequal manifold gaps - you can put a thick one on one side and a thin one on t'other.
