Bumper Advice - Porsche Cayman S Gen 2

I came back from shopping earlier and noticed that my number plate was at a funny angle. I can only surmise that someone had backed into the car and then drove off (bds!) as the left screw on the plate was popped out.

On getting home I screwed the number plate back in but noticed that the front diffuser has come away slightly from the bumper? Is there a way of getting this back in the right place without having my wallet surgically removed by an OPC?

I had a quick look but couldn't see a way of doing this without taking the bumper off?

Advice is greatly appreciated
