Frequency?

Hi all now that i know the capacity of the gearbox and diff, before i get the spendos out how often should i be changing the oil in the above?

They were done when i bought the car last May so should i change every year/service or leave it longer? I have done 3k in the last year.

Check levels at every service, replace at around 18000 miles
Thats what it says in the bible but seeing as its not mega bucks were talking about you could do sooner if you want peace of mind,

I reckon around 20k replacement intervals too.
