Just what I thought - I've seen plenty of deliberate and that looks fairly mild.. could even be accidental.

The trouble is..... I was parked down a "dead end" & only 3 other cars around & no where near mine. Somebody would have actually walked up to it to do it because there was nothing beyound it apart from a very large shop which was shut.
