What do car drivers think about Audi and Ducati?

As you may or may not be aware, a few weeks ago Ducati got bought by VAG for a lot of money.

So, what impact, if any, do you guys think it will have on VAG products, or will it just be another brand for them?

I expect that there will be lots of 'Ducati Special Edition' Golfs and Passats (or Audis).

I suspect it will be more like the way they run Lamborghini. More of a separate brand.
Ducati's are already reliable nowadays with a broad range so don't think there'll be a huge change.

There may be crossovers, but I think it's a bit sad when VAG buy everything.

Skoda, SEAT, VW, Audi, Lamborghini, Bugatti and parts of Porsche- all VAGitised. Hopefully you won't be getting incredibly perfect looking Ducatis with perfect plastic fairings and little character.
