Definitely his?

Either way, he's afforded it longer than I could have.

That's a very tidy increase on the new price is it not?

Impressive car buying skills. Buy new Porsche, do skids (and video them), sell Porsche for lots more money. biggrin

Didn't he admit to having to shell out just over £1k per month to Porsche finance to buy the car? I seem to recall that CH borrowed in the region of £100k...... huge amount to borrow to buy a car so I wonder if the initial pleasure of owning the car has worn thin hence the decision to sell it.

Probably sold with a heavy heart though as he loved that car judging bbhis write up's in Evo etc.

Wonder what he will replace it with?

I'm not 100% that it's his. The milege seems abit low, and why would he give it to Dick Lovett to sell, when he stored his car at a Porsche Dealer during winter?

because Porsche dealers cannot sell cars more than there original price. And this DL is next door to the Porsche DL (well Mini DL is wedged inbetween).

Nice to effectively be paid to own one of the finest cars Stuttgart has ever produced (subject to sale).

Pretty sure CH stated his intention to sell in the near future. May as well be now with summer looming.

Yeah, sure sounds good. Can't imagine that happens too often.

Are they that much in demand that there is a mark-up going on?

For every speculator that makes a profit there must be 10 who don't. Good luck to Chris, nice to see a journalist who puts his own money where his mouth is, more so to take the gamble on finance.
