Hi Folks,

After only owning my previous 996 5 weeks, A taxi driver pulled from a sideroad and t-boned me, writing it off. I thought i'd have a challenge finding another in such good condition, with the sports seats (love them), but thankfully I found one.

Here it is, 2002 996 911 carrera 2, 3.6L

Spec:
- Metropole blue extended leather
- Sports seats with crest
- PSE (sounds superb)
- Porsche twist 18's
- Bose
- Satnav

It's in fantastic condition. I'm incredibly smitten right now!

Hiya mate,

Many Congrats, i remember reading about your previous car on another Forum and being totally gutted for you.

I have today placed a deposit on a 2004 C2 996, Picking it up next weekend after many years in BMW M cars and cannot wait!!

Great pics.

Congrats on your new purchase. I've driven a few M cars (E36 and E46 M3) and the Porsche for me is a huge step ahead. You won't look back!

Thanks, I was stressed for weeks after, but every cloud has a silver lining (so they say) and I guess this is mine! A newer and better specc'd car, even though I've had to spend a fair bit extra.

Thanks, I love it, even more than my old 911.

I'm sure you're loving the PSE as much as I am, good luck with yours too.

Looks like a very clean example - here's hoping you get to enjoy it a little (a lot) longer than the last one.

The Alternator packed up, and I'm still waiting for the new one to arrive, couriers are useless!! Two day service my ass! LOL

Perfect time to fit my new front discs though, and whilst I was there I sprayed the calipers Red with new white Porsche decals.

Cheers
