Buying used car / stolen check

Hi guys,

Looked at a used micro today for £500 as a little run about, Text one of the car check numbers and it came back as stolen. The woman has had the car for 5 years, her name is on the v5, says it hasn't been stolen/recovered and was genuinely shocked.

Got home and done another check online and it came back as not stolen.

What do you think I should do? Stay clear or consider it
