Nice Airport - Best Place to Park (Regular/Long Term) ?

I want to keep a car at Nice Cote d'Azur Airport, as I am down there a couple of times a month.

What are the best options for:
- Convenience (Quickish access from Terminals 1 & 2)
- Security (Want the car to be safe and minimal damage risk)
- Cost (Sensible prices)

I'll be going to/from the West (along the A8) so may consider off airport parking, if there's a good quick link.

Not much help really as I don't drive when I'm there, but a friend of mine parks at Nice Etoile in town, she says it works out at 4 euros a day to have a long term pass there, and then just get the 98 bus from the airport to the train station and then walk down? Or the new tram that is meant to be coming the next year or so?

Really need somewhere as close as possible to the airport or A8 west.

Sadly Nice airport will have changed a lot since the '70s, when you could probably leave it just outside the terminal building f.o.c.
