Need more information.
MkIV Supra?
Road tyres and widths?
Stock car weight?
Power?
Standard brakes?
Uprated suspension?

Assuming MkIV then as a rough guide ----- If your car is more or less stock then 30psi front and 28psi rear to set off with.
Do about 10mins on track at a 'build-up speed' and then come back to re-set the pressure to the above.
Then go out at your 'track day speed' with confidence.

Depending on tyres and suspension etc. (as listed above) your car may transfer more weight on to the loaded tyres resulting in you needing to place a couple more psi in to balance the loading.

edit to add
'build-up speed' should not be 'max attack'....just go out an do 'sighter laps' at a about 60% pace.
