Anyone done the kitchen tour (with dinner, obviously :-) here? Trying it out on Wednesday and it's the first time I've done a tour - not sure what to expect, apart from the great food of course!

are you eating in the kitchens, when each dish is prepared by the sous chef that made it? (i think its called the tasting table / chef's table?)
