Jacking Points / Axle Stand Points?

Anyone know where exactly is the best area under the car to position a trolley jack?
Also, once jacked up, where is most suitable to situate axle stands for the front and rear to lower the car onto?

Any pointers? i.e. Axle Stand size, hight, etc
