Does anyone know what are the lightest possible 13"X6" wheels that will fit my westfields ford 4 stud wheel hubs?!

you are probably looking at a magnesium split rim like the Mike Barnby ones previously used by Caterham - they weigh around 3.5kgs per rim. similar wheels are available from Rial (try via fluke-motorsport.co.uk), Image, Compomotive (ML split rim)...
also the Dymag single piece magnesium wheels are pretty light, and pretty costly.

MB wheels are very light, but you may have to wait to get any made, as he can get very busy.

It'll take more than light wheels to beat me though!

The Barmby's or Dymags are probably the lightest as Moomin says, Ive got 13x6 Compomotive ML split rims and ISTR they are about 0.5-0.75kgs heavier than the Barmbys, but they are possibly a little more robust as the rims are thicker.

That's where you're at an advantage - my nuts weigh more than yours.

I'm not so sure, my nuts are pretty hefty. They certainly drag me down.
