If anyone is looking for one theres a mallory dualpoint distributor up on fleabay, i came across it on my search for a replacement distributor but i'm scared of the extra work fitting dualpoint.. So if someones more courageous it might be a nice upgrade! smile

So what is involved in 'upgrading' to a dualpoint and is it worth it?

Forget the dualpoint guys - the Mallory Unilite is the way to go if you can pick one up. I've been running that for a couple of years now and is probably the best ignition upgrade you can get for a reasonable outlay...

I'm using a similar to that ebay brand breakerless ignition. Sure made a difference in smooth running.

I think the Mallory dual point dizzy is recommended for carb engines - as someone else has said, it's the Mallory Unalite unit for EFI engines.
