When I was at Bedford six months ago there was a Cerb that tried the inserts, but was still unable to pass the sound test, he was told that they only made a 1dB difference. I have no first hand experience though.

He was doing well if he got as much as a 1dB difference with the inserts. Mine went in the bin. You really need bolt on cans to make any real difference at all. Mine take about 10dB off the level.

Ive got a set of slip on ACT silencers.Took my cerb from 113db down to 104db. only used a couple of times. PM me if you are interested.
