One of the numbers on my odometer seems to be stuck halfway between 3 and 4. Is there a way i can fix this, or would i need to buy a new clock cluster altogether?

I think the back of the counter is sealed, but it can be broken, corrected and re super glued.
I broke mine off to change from KM to Miles when I fitted the speedo convertor. You may find that may be why its stuck, because its not been put back right if yours has been changed.

so is it just a case of opening it up and moving it with my finger?

The car is still in KM so it might just be broken by itself

Yeh, you remove the clocks, the hardest part being the removing the fiddly speedo cable.
Inside the clocks the odometer is encased in a small white bit of plastic which looks like its been heat sealed. Crack this off with a screwdriver, rearange your digits and super glue back together.
Its been a few years since I had mine, but I think thats basically it.
