Can you re program the ECU fobs from car to car . If I buy a spare for my current car can it be re programmed to my next one?

I would say no to that one, as they are volvo fobs.
I bought a new fob for my v70 and was told at the time by the volvo dealer that you needed the 16 digit code on the box to programe it to the car plus a software update for the key and another one for the ECU.

With most manufacturers it's a question of programming the car to the key, rather than the opposite.

I would be tempted to say that yes, you could get your next car programmed to recognise your key, but Aston will be able to answer the question definitively.
