As above really bored stiff this week already, wondering what to do this weekend, a shop I've been fancying going to is only open on the Sat and Sarah is working on Sat morning/early aft so that is out, so will probably spend Sat in the scrapyard and workshop.

But Sunday I'm struggling with, was fancying forbidden corner in Leyburn but it's not looking to be very reliable weatherwise, anyone fancy a drive out starting early on?

Start somewhere in the Driffield/Beverley/Bridlington/Pock/York/Scarborough area and find some nice roads?

Likewise but plenty of nice roads on your doorstep. Shame there are no local Wolds based chipshop runs.

Well if anyone fancies an early morning run out starting near Driffield and running up north somewhere then drop your name down.

Im not a driver in the Rally just a spectator - the event is fully subscribed so should be interesting

Confused.com.....Thought that looks interesting, live nearby so might have a look but....

"Can we come and spectate?
•No. Melbourne Airfield is private property and only bone-fide competitors, service crews and officials are permitted on the venue. Any unauthorised persons (Spectators) caught on the venue will be asked to leave. If you must come and watch, sign-on as a marshal and help us to provide a safer event."

Spotted this so assume no I can't go?

Oh, okay then, maybe I'll stay at home and sew my hair to the carpet instead.

Always thought the place was overpriced and too rough. Lived nearby for years but never been in.

Officially its not open to spectators - but everyone still goes - if they open it to spectators officially they have to provide all kinds of health and safety facilities - just dont park on the road

Think it starts about 9.30 Leigh
