Admiring cars can be dangerous.
Picture the scene, I'm waiting at a roundabout and see a rather lovely DB9 approaching on my right at some speed. Expecting the lovely noise to shortly pass me I lower my window. At that point a passing seagull with the runs (flies?) bombs me through the window. I was covered, as was my seat, seatbelt, trousers and door inside. The outside of the car is also splattered - surely not just one bird did ALL that??
A £10 dry cleaning bill for listening to a car? Life ain't fair ;-)
