I want to start to learn to do my own spannering, however I don't want to fk up my car as I have to use it to get to work each day. So my thoughts are get a cheap 2nd car that needs some work doing to it and I can practice on that.

The problem that I am having is finding something that needs work! I've tried gumtree, ebay etc the cars for sale seem to either be fully functioning or totally wrecked.

I don't really want something thats needs bodywork doing as welding and painting aren't my thing.

So something that needs some mechanical work doing, preferably something reasonably interesting (i.e. not a diesel corsa or fiesta).

Now where do I find such a thing?
