Crazy prices. I'd be looking a lot more for my £30K (assuming i had £30K)

That place selling the A1 have also got a Cayman up at 67K. I know the Cayman is a good drive, but if I was spending that sort of money I think I'd rather get a 2010 997.

ETA: Actually there are some 2011 997s for less than 67K...

When we were looking for a new car for the wife last year we popped into the local Audi dealer to look at the A1. The salesman told us that there were quite a few people downgrading from A6's and A4's to A1's but then putting every extra on them so they were £25k+!!

It's not uncommon these days. Company car drivers want a low CO2 but are then happy to spec their car up with loads of kit - there are plenty of £34,000 320EDs bumbling about for instance, raising the angst of the PHers who "would much rather have a 2 year old M3" blah blah rolleyes
